Spatchcocking a whole chicken doubles the flavor and speeds up the cooking time—talk about a win-win! With classic BBQ flavors and a creamy dipping sauce for the side, James’ spatchcock chicken is easy to prepare on either a charcoal or gas grill.

2. @grillhunters

With Grill Hunter Max at its helm, @grillhunters covers all your favorite BBQ classics like burgers and chicken, along with some unique dishes like grilled duck breasts and rabbit tacos to satisfy all even the most adventurous grillers. In addition to BBQ, Max also offers his advice for smoking everything from twisted bacon to lobster mac and cheese.

Our favorite post: Breakfast poutine

Watch Max take this Quebecois classic to the next level. He uses the XL 360 Griddle by Cuisinart BBQs, but you can easily recreate this indulgent breakfast on a gas grill using a cast iron griddle or your side burner.

3. @betterbegrilled

Featuring classic grilled meals executed to perfection and easy-to-follow recipes that can be cooked on both a gas and charcoal grill, @betterbegrilled is your home for grilling inspiration all summer long. Yes, you read that right—beer-candied bacon exists. And all you have to do is douse your bacon in a delicious mix of beer and brown sugar and grill it over indirect heat, basting till you’ve achieved that perfect crispy candy crunch. Sign us up!

4. @hooked_on_bbq

William Horst of @hooked_on_bbq’s mission is to spread positivity through grilling. We love how William uses his grill in less conventional ways, using a cast iron skillet set over the cooking grate to infuse stovetop dishes with that unmatchable grill flavor.

Our favorite post: Garlic and herb shrimp with grilled lemon

If you’ve never had grilled lemon, this recipe is the perfect introduction. William bastes garlic and herb shrimp with juice from a grilled lemon in a cast iron skillet set over his grill to create a perfect combo of buttery garlic shrimp and bright citrus.

5. @girlgonegrilling

A self-styled grilling enthusiast and meat scientist, Katherine Salom of @girlgonegrilling tackles the best of BBQ from skewers to pork loin to ocean-to-table fish tacos. She even tries her hand at bacon-wrapped Oreos!

Our favorite post: Grilled jalapeno poppers

Katherine amps up these spicy little morsels by adding a Lit’l Smokie link and throwing them on the grill. Substitute the Lit’l Smokie for a bite of your favorite brand of hot dog, or leave it out to make a meatless version of this classic cheesy appetizer.

6. @grillingwithgus

Gus from @grillingwithgus has all your home-grilling inspiration needs covered. From cook-outs with neighbors to gourmet pork belly burnt ends, Gus covers the full grilling gamut.

Our favorite post: Pork belly burnt ends

If you thought bacon was the king of pork, think again. When it comes to an indulgent treat, these BBQ pork belly burnt ends knock even the crispiest, saltiest bacon out of the park. They aren’t actually burnt, but since they come from the end of each slab of pork belly, they’re slightly more cooked and are infused with even more flavor.

7. @outside.grilling

Ron Abbott of @outside.grilling certainly knows his way around a BBQ. Though Ron uses a charcoal BBQ, many of his recipes are easy to replicate over a gas grill, including gourmet treats like Black Angus steaks to finger-licking favorites like grilled chicken wings.

Our favorite post: BBQ smorgasbord

Inspired by a request from his grandson, Ron accompanies giant shrimp cooked two ways with smoked beef sausages, potato foil packs, and grilled pineapple in this mouthwatering BBQ extravaganza.

8. @barbecuelabs

While not strictly a grilling channel, @barbecuelabs is your source for gear reviews, BBQ recipes, and other outdoor living reviews. Between snapshots of breakfast and pork butt on the BBQ, @barbecuelabs’ feed is full of outdoor inspiration and expert reviews of grilling accessories.

9. @smokingdadbbq

James, the mastermind behind @smokingdadbbq, comes at you from his backyard in Burlington, ON. With a focus on smoking, James’ feed features all your favorite grilled treats with a little extra smoke, including jalapeno poppers, chicken wings, shawarma, and Montreal smoked meat.

Our favorite post: Mayo-seared chicken

In search of that perfect crispy crust on your grilled chicken breasts? James rubbed these chicken breasts with mayo before throwing them on the grill to create an irresistible crust.

BONUS: Make the most of those delicious drippings!

If your grill has space, try layering your vegetable basket under your meat as it cooks. The drippings will add extra flavor to your grilled veg!

10. @northern_griller

@northern_griller is a grillmaster and outdoor fanatic known for grilling up tantalizing BBQ mainstays like ribs, steak, and seafood, along with seasonal vegetables in his own backyard.

Our favorite post: National Burger Day

What better way to celebrate National Burger Day than by making your own burgers from scratch? @grillingwithdad gets his kids in on the action and steps up his own burger by stuffing it with smoked Gruyere. Where can we get some?
